Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner - Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies - Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk - Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Assist with organizing and maintaining office systems and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and other office software - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally - Experience working at a front desk or in a customer-facing role is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls - Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
